a.    From your browser or device:

Certain information is collected from most browsers or automatically from your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the services (such as the application) you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly.

         b.   From pixel tags and other similar technologies.

Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with some services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the services and response rates.

 

  1. Third-Party Services.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the services link. The inclusion of a link on the services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

a.    Payment information.

If you purchase a license to use in-game virtual currency or virtual items, our third-party payment processor (Apple or Google) will collect the billing and financial information it needs to process your charges. This may include your postal address, e-mail address and financial information. We do not collect or store your financial information, like credit card numbers.

Our payment providers may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like your name, and the items purchased in order to fulfill your order.

Our Terms of Service explain our policies and terms relevant to our charges, billing practices, third-party credits and virtual currencies. Please note that purchases of third party credits or currencies may also be subject to third-party policies.

 

  1. How do we protect your information?

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information.

For example, our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes, known vulnerabilities, and malware in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Communications with our website are encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Sale transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We will retain your personal information for the length of time required for the specific purpose or purposes for which it was collected, which are set out in this Privacy Policy, plus an additional twelve (12) months, which allows you to resume use of our Services without loss of data.

Additionally, we may be obliged to store some data for a longer time, for example, where required by applicable laws. In this case, we will ensure that your personal information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

a.   Direct Marketing.

We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.
